Claudia Valverde Pizarro graduated with a Bachelor´s degree in Geological Engineering (2016) from the Complutense University of Madrid. She then continued her studies at the same university receiving her Master´s Degree in Environmental Geology (promotion 2017).
She has developed research labor on the study of soil, within the Soil Conservation and Recovery Unit of Centro de Investigaciones Energéticas, Medioambientales y Tecnológicas (CIEMAT) and the Geochemistry Laboratory of the Complutense University.
Currently, she is a predoctoral researcher in the Chemical and Environmental Engineering Group. Her research labour is Ca(OH)2-CaO reversible reaction in thermochemical heat storage.
