Graduated in Industrial Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena in 2023, and obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Processes from the same university in 2024.
In the professional and research fields, I participated for 6 months in 2023 in the Chemical and Environmental Engineering Group on a project related to the extraction of D-pinitol from carob pods using different types of solvents. After that, I was involved for several months in a project on intelligent monitoring systems for emerging pollutants and was awarded a scholarship by UPCT and SABIC to collaborate on a project focused on the removal of molecular chlorine gas in the gas scrubber of the Vent Gas Burner at their plant in La Aljorra, Cartagena. At the same time, I was also involved in a project whose main research line focused on nitrate reduction by electrolysis using perovskites impregnated on titanium plates, while simultaneously working in various roles in the private sector, where I was responsible for overseeing the production at a dietary supplements factory, among other duties.
Currently, I work as a researcher on the project "Catalytic Hydro-pyrolysis of Lignin and Lignocellulosic Waste.
